EVENTS
I have designed event graphics for several conferences and gala events for customer appreciation, sales and banking innovation conferences, team member recognition/awards events, auction parties, and 25 year anniversaries celebrations.
WELLS FARGO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION
Wells Fargo’s Customer Appreciation event was held at the newly reopened SFMOMA after its three year closure for an expansion/renovation project. I designed the invitation which included an illustrated rendition of the new SFMOMA building by architecture design firm Snøhetta. Digital arrays provided an opportunity to thank customers and promote the brand with stagecoach images and appreciative messaging situated prominently in the lobby and grand hall.
Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) annual conference
Wells Fargo Treasury Management planned on having a substantial presence at AFP, the largest conference of the year for treasury management and finance executives. They wanted attendees to have a lasting impression of Wells Fargo by showing its innovation in banking technology and thought leadership. They planned to reach a wider audience through touchpoints such as the booth, meeting spaces, customer events, education sessions, and presentations.
My team collaborated and developed the theme and graphics for the tradeshow booth: Change. Vision. Opportunity. An email and social media campaign were also created to accompany the event, as well as a video demonstrating Wells Fargo commitment to customers by keeping up with modern banking innovation.
SIBOS
SIBOS is an annual banking and financial conference organized by the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) in various cities around the world. The conference was held in Singapore that year and Wells Fargo’s booth included four conference rooms, a stagecoach lounge and espresso bar, cafe chairs and tables, and info desk. The booth served as a meeting place for customers and new clients to connect as well as attend meetings, presentations, and be informed of education sessions led by Wells Fargo experts.
My team worked on the event graphics with the theme of evolution. We researched into the Wells Fargo archives to show the significant changes and advancements in banking. The results were large collage murals combined with vintage imagery showing Wells Fargo’s evolution.
MONEY 20/20
Money 20/20 highlights disruptive ways that the Fintech industry helps consumers and businesses borrow and spend money. Innovations in payments and financial services are showcased at the annual conference. Wells Fargo had a small presence at Money 20/20 with hall banners and complimentary phone charging stations.
